    Bec is a leadership and organisational development specialist dedicated to creating high-performing workplace cultures grounded in trust and psychological safety.

    A former lawyer and People and Culture Executive with 15 years of experience in the SA Public Sector, she has led transformation in complex organisations across Education, Rural Health, State Development, and South Australia Police.

    As a trusted consultant, coach, and facilitator, Bec empowers leaders to recognise their strengths and expand their strategic influence.  She has supported more than 1,500 state government leaders, ranging from emerging managers to seasoned executives, to develop their capability and lead with confidence.  

    Bec describes building capability and high performance in people and organisations as her life’s work.  She is committed to modelling the strategies she teaches and leading by example because she believes true transformation happens when learning is put into action – and leadership requires practice!
